This Monday (28), Microsoft users faced problems. In the company's own words, all services in the Microsoft 365 package that make use of authentication in Azure Active Directory were impacted.
Microsoft has confirmed that the problem affects its services, reaching the Microsoft 365 platform and has published communications on the subject. The company says the failure was the result of a recent change in the system that is being reversed to resume normal operation.

The problem is widespread, as shown by the Down Detector website, which recognizes the moments when these failures happen thanks to the strong flow of users researching whether a service is off-line. The peak of complaints happens from 7 pm in Brasilia time. Services such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and the Azure platform have seen an outbreak of complaints.
The complaints map indicates that the breakdown is international, with complaints concentrated in the United States and Australia. A quick Twitter survey shows that the problem has been widespread, with several users complaining about falling services.
